'TomSawyer'? while that may sound cute, the 'SHA' is a Scapegoat ACT that protects and gives pinksheets a platform to knowingly lie through their teethes and get away with it.

Hence the following excerpt from this Legally Provisioned Scapegoat ACT;

This news release may contain forward-looking statements that are made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. While these statements are made to convey to the public the company's progress, business opportunities and growth prospects, they are based on managements current beliefs and assumptions as to future events. However, since the company's operations and business prospects are always subject to risk and uncertainties, the forward-looking events and circumstances discussed in this news release might not occur, and actual results could differ materially from those described, anticipated or implied. For a more complete discussion of such risks and uncertainties, please refer to the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The above underlined statements are the "Scapegoat Clauses" that gets these pinks away with their known lies and failures to deliver!

In other words, I can create a fake pinksheet company involving the oncoming Cannabis craze, where I'd carefully craft bogus NEWS releases that comes so convincingly close to making market growth guarantees "without actually making such Guarantees" that it plays on the reader's "Monetary Lust and fantasies" enough to convince them it will occur!

Investors back up their trucks, I dilute, make bank, company tanks and does dark, SEC likely shuts down company, shareholders at a total loss and if I'm pursued in a lawsuit, I'd refer to the "Scapegoat Clauses" of the SHA to get away unscathed, end of story!

This is what these pinksheets do in a nutshell and the millions of them that has since become all but worth the paper they're printed on are the living testaments of this abuse.

But, whether or not THIS COMPANY will follow suit is something it will exemplify soon enough!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
