King, what I am saying is this company has less than a $320,000 market cap and the smallest market cap that I could find where the SEC would get involved with had assets of $50 million and a very small market cap of less than $8 million.

Although the filing requirements may be the same as per the SEC, I doubt you can fine a company with assets and a market cap as low as ERHE where the SEC got involved.

The constant fear mongering about the IRS, moneys that maybe owed to Cespa and now the SEC somehow may drop a hammer on ERHE is all BullShxt!

That is the point about all the negatively.

The Fact that ERHE is selling at .0002 is because of the CD and the public perception of uncertainty going forward.

Tuesday is tomorrow, let's see how the SEC handles this issue. I say they do Nothing as they have more important Fish to Fry!!
