I have always been in shock that any portion of Petey's business life was even almost legit.

Isn't it interesting that Petey could have actually made money (other than selling stock) and would probably own a nice house, etc.. but instead, he decided to wanted to go the other way... no house for Petey, just unlawful detainers for the last several years.
