1. Ask MW how much IFUS is paying in SETTLEMENT?
2. Ask MW what the terms of payment are that IFUS is responsible for.
3. Ask MW if IFUS is current on the payments and if not,
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?
4. Ask MW what other items were given up by IFUS to enter into this "AMICABLE" settlement.
ALL the above are SIMPLE answers that shareholders are entitled to know. A real company would have reported these details long ago on an 8K as required by the SEC.
The GUILTY always end up paying - even in "AMICABLE" settlements.
