Nothing positive about all these lawsuits in UK with LBIE. The Scumbags Fuld & Erin Callan not only deceived the US Shareholders of LBHI/LBI(the Parent of LBIE -Lehman Brother International Europe) but also are TRAITORS in my opinion... due to the undue advantages they gave away to UK Shareholders thru the LBIE Entity they set-up.

Essentially, all our LBHI 'Illiquid Assets" are being STOLEN right from under our noses by the UK SCUM Creditors thru LBIE, as we speak. I am far less positive now about any recoveries from the 'Illiquid Assets' coming to us US Stockholders of CTs, Preferreds or Commons of LBHI.
