This gives me the impression that we're likely to see news of a purchase agreement for the land this week!

If "With our due diligence progressing faster than expected, we feel confident that we will be able to execute a purchase agreement this month, sooner than originally anticipated" (from the January 5 update) and NOW "We did not anticipate to reach this point until the following week"... next week is essentially the last week of the month - so it sure looks like THIS week is likely to be IT!

You know, it's one thing to hear that Jan is working on a "potential acquisition" of 4500 acres of land with 2.4 miles of oceanfront for a master planned residential/commercial community in Baja (that later increased to 4550 acres) - a HUGE positive development for the company! (and we "hope" it will happen, but too early to know)

It's another thing to hear that additional land has been added to the planned acquisition to increase the oceanfront by 66% to 4.0 miles... and the due diligence is going faster than planned... and it if works out it could be done by the end of January! (sounds like it really might happen)

It's a whole new ballgame when it really seems IMMINENT and could be a done deal THIS WEEK with Jan arriving in Baja today... and expects "to be there through the coming week, as there is a lot to do"!!!

NOT ONLY THAT - It sounds like we'll be seeing some details of the revenue expected from the first growing cycle very soon, as well!

BIG DAYS AHEAD FOR PGUS!

Over 7 square miles of land that includes 4 miles of oceanfront for a master planned residential/commercial development!

Commercial Areas for Shopping, Restaurants etc.
Golf Courses
Hotels
Equestrian Center
Marina
Condominiums
A lots, Luxury Prime Oceanfront
B lots
C lots
Sports and Recreation Center
Beach Hotel with Beach Club

With so much land available, we envision mainly low-rise construction to maintain open views.

...the meeting with the Architect in Portland last week went very well and it is safe to say that they are almost as excited now as we are about this project. They are putting a team together including outside architects, in order to evaluate the best approach to the task of creating a Master plan for a project of this size.
