I also am looking at both, as they can be a mony maker of sorts... especially FNMA / FMCC should the tables turn and they get released from bondage...lol

It would be awesome if the timing was perfect getting in at a low around $4 and the $150.00 presumed valuation takes place the next day...I would quit my job and retire.
