Hi Ayock, there's nothing in the Constitution that disqualifies a candidate for item 2. But I disqualified him as a person I'd vote for, as did many people, based on item 2. Unfortunately, the women of PA, MI, and WI didn't. So he got elected.
As for his comments (which I don't approve of), I'm pretty sure he said "They let you ...."
He didn't actually say he did it, did he ? And even if he did, he was describing a consentual act.
You wanna know what I also thinks disqualifies someone from being president ?
1. Born on an island in the middle of the Pacific and lived there for about 6 years
2. Spent 4 years in non-ally countries as far from the US as possible
3. Returns to the Pacific Island to attend jr high and high school
4. Goes to college -- first time ever in the continental North America -- refuses to reveal publicly what courses he took in college and who taught him
4. Holds a series of odd-jobs for a few years at a time before running for President
5. Married to a woman who tells the whole world she's spent her entire life being ashamed of America.
