The January effect on penny stocks has not really done anything for capstone I purchased two penny stocks at the beginning of January and have more than tripled my money PMEA and OWCP why capstone does not participate in the penny stock move is a major question that needs to be answered. What do these companies know that capstone doesn't in regards to increasing shareholder value? I am not recommending any stocks This is just my opinion do your own due diligence before buying any penny stock.
