sage, N2oil...

first N2oil...thanks for your persistence with lazarus. actually a little surprised they called you back! i had tried reaching them a few months back and got through to an associate there (not the CEO, who i was actually trying to reach). He was nice, but said he couldn't speak about Lazarus' positions with me. So...you got further than I did. They have accumulated a BIG position, that's for sure...25-30% of OS... and seem to keep adding to it. Have a feeling they know more than they are letting on. Lazarus isn't that large of a company to not be following this as more than a "casual" smaller investor. This is a BIG bet for them... and they must have a strong positive feeling about Bluesphere to keep adding...

sage...your theory about Austep is an interesting one...and feels like it makes some sense if they want to be public in the US. beyond that...no clue whether there is any merit to your theory, but bravo for the creative thinking! would be interested to hear how company reacts to your theory if you can get IR guy matthew henninger (212-355-5134, matthew2bluespherecorporate.com) on the line re this subject.

re the company and recent price weakness: it's one of those funny situations...despite solid fundamental progress, compared to "go-go" momentum stocks in the MJ, mining or biotech sectors for example where big % moves both up and down are more common, BLSP is currently relatively quiet --even boring -- in that regard. just seems harder for "green infrastructure" companies like BLSP to attract widespread investor attention...at least until some further real cashflow proves their business model, with it's relatively large upfront capex requirements. if/when that occurs, still feel that the pps/market cap will have some nice"catch-up" jumps to the plus side. feels to me that we're quite undervalued at this point, but that can continue for a while until market actually recognizes that value...

they need to get RI plant online and do a great accompanying PR...and...attract more public attention to their story and value proposition. there are roadshows scheduled for this month, i believe. so that will hopefully help some. have also heard talk of a conference call with CEO shlomi palas soonish, which i think would/could also be a good/important way to get BLSP on more radar screens...and raise market awareness and with it, our valuation...

all imho and fwiw....
