MY GUESS = There is so much of this nonsense in the OTC markets that it would likely take a "world" size army of SEC lawyers to investigate but a fraction of the violations. OCLN is a company without any real assets. They exist in a reclamation area in LA, they have no money, etc., etc. The dollar amount that an SEC case and their appointed lawyers could recover is exactly nil. In cases like this it really is CAVEAT EMPTOR!
