SNMN Reason for Share Reduction.

Shares that were issued in the past to two companies (Fortis and WBF) that are no longer in business have been returned to SNMN.

The 220 million shares to Joe Overcash will be returned also.

2,223,500,013 are being returned to SNMN and cancelled.

Yes... 2.223 BILLION SHARES RETIRED!

The judge just signed off on the documents.
