This isn't the board for this question but the answer is dilution. A broker is selling a block of shares for a client. They just print the trade before market or sometimes after.

There are of course other legitimate reasons you might see those kinds of prints but in the OTC markets it's almost always new dilution coming in, an older cert being cashed out, or a mix of other things but most often you will find those kinds of prints in stocks that are actively diluting or being pumped.
