as you eluded to, a sample size of 35 patient in the ag cohort is much too small to draw any conclusion. whats skewing the results anyways....3 patient living much longer than expected? however, 137 patient have a median overall survival of nearly 12 months in the pag cohort, irrespective of ha status. to me, the moa of pegph20 has been validated. also, this bodes well for the swog study. are we getting any interim look on the swog study?
