After some research here over the last few weeks I think I will slowly start adding

Good risk reward and concerns on a drop if there is a R/S seem unfounded based on some of the posts I've read here regarding shorting otc stocks and costs (that financially given margin requirements that shorting really won't make sense for traders), and a lack of dilution.

Traders usually short on a R/S because of dilution and obviously it needs to make financial sense. If the cost of borrowing is too high (which it is on otc stocks) then both factors that would drive a decrease in pps here are not really valid concerns.

So from that perspective I'm not too worried. I like the legal situation and as someone mentioned here hopefully trump will have a positive impact on these stocks when he announces his replacements in many of the appointments related to this area.
