My property investments return me at least 20% a year every year some

far greater. I am still one of the biggest supporters of IDCC but I can't

say every year IDCC will increase by 20%. I think it can go up a ton and

have made my bet it will, but if it doesn't my life will not change.

Unlike stocks that sometimes get whacked in half because they missed a

earnings by a few cents, my houses just keeps on producing money. I have

a 4 bedrrom 2 bath house that my total investment was $45,000 and it rents

for $1,150 a month. I have tenants who have been in my property for over

7 years. The thing is I am happy with what I am doing with my stock

investment, my property and my life.
