I don't think that is a good gambling strategy.

If it is 50/50? And I agree the news could be overwhelmingly positive (I don't think so; and not anytime soon enough), but it could....
Why not just hold what you had and know you'd be in the money?

What do you think their market compliance strategy is going to be?
They can't tell Nasdaq; we hope we get money from arbitration...we hope somebody buys millions and millions of shares on the open market...and if they do submit a plan like that; they will definitely reject it. And that too will be public news.

I'm with light rock on this. Nothing for sure....but most likely at least on more leg down....at least...

Personally I'm not sure I will have any further interest in them going forward; which feels strange to say becuase I was really optimistic a few months ago....
