It is strange, but have you been watching your account? A few things have happened since January 10th. Capital One Investing (The account I go through) has now declared URBF "OTC-Pink No Information" Which means nobody can buy or sell shares at this point.

By the way, I made the timeline that I was expecting to see something from them. I have mentioned that I could be wrong, therefore, my timeline is not 100% accurate.

But we are seeing some strange things happening with our accounts based on URBF. It is as if Bevo Argo is making the changes and freezing URBF from anyone buying it so that the transfer can take place.

We are NOT going to hear anything from URBF. They are done. They closed their business and the last thing that remains is the shares. But I expect to hear from Bevo Argo releasing a SEC filing stating that the acquisition is complete.

Do not rely on my timeline. It is merely a guess. But do rely on the facts that are going on with URBF.
