looks like they got the IPO approved on Nov 2, 2016. The stock exchange is shenzhen stock exchange in China stock market. They need to buyback the shares in the float by law. Not sure how it will go from here. Adam Tracy definitely hijacked the shell. I assume original E-buy home company will need to take it back.
