Where is the proof that Berio et el didn't resign on 04/29! The facts are they did indeed resign on 04/29.

Is that not the signatures of Berio, Longoria and Ochoa???

Did you check the header information on the email to find where the email originated?

The facts are that Kim relieved them of their duties immediately on 04/29/2016 - when they put in notification of resignation.

In business that happens all of the time - just because I resign and tell the company when I will be leaving a certain date doesn't mean I will be employed until that date - it is up to the employer to make the decision.

Many companies don't want the employees that resigned to stick around and terminate their employment immediately - I am shocked everyone didn't know and understand that is what happened.

They simply rewrote the minutes and changed the effective dates of the various resignations! Kim signed the altered notes in early January.

What POSs. Can they really think that's gonna work?

Of course that isn't close to what happened. Look at the document (email) that is dated 04/29/2016 - that is most certainly the date they resigned.

Court was cancelled today. I don't know when it is being rescheduled. Call the court clerk - it is a efficient way to find out the outcome of the hearing.
