MY conclusion on the current low price for PTN -

I've been scratching my head on this one ever since the deal was announced on Jan 9. My conclusion is that investors (including warrant holders) are nervous about the "deal" until it is finally signed and therefore "official". I have started a small position this week with buys at $.49 and at $.45, and intend to buy more if I see this thing stabilize in the mid-40's.

Is there some reason that the deal may NOT go through? I will keep digging into that question for the next few weeks. Hoping for an announcement sometime in March.
