Not all brokers. vanguard is blocking it. They are usually pretty good about it. yeah know the OS but they were slacking and didnt update OTCM when they updated addy and profile and were slacking with fixing that website link to their site even though I told them months ago it was broken. not big deals but they could just do it right the 2nd or 3rd time.
