Boy I'm glad you came over here, here's what I was just getting ready to post to you, I've wrote this a couple ways as I lost one in answering your other post but here it is and again this was being wrote for a different Board

First I'll start you with your earlier post I'm answering to, then your last post you'll find my guess as why, all good and JMO because I can't prove but what I post but trail is there but between the lines, one last JMO - Kal and Rav are different than the PhD's and Doctors involved but hey they all need cash to develop their years of work that ready for real life now, years of work that need funded and Kal has done that for them, ok enough of dragging it on, here's to the post I'm answering and why I claimed BETA 2.0 is ready for testing already

The Beta 2.0 prototype encompasses a robust detection system and components platform that will be used in an eventual finalized product for manufacturing. The Beta 2.0 prototype has provided excellent sensitivity in lab testing and will be utilized to conduct scientific studies with live marijuana users (smokers and edible consumers) to test the device for its accuracy and sensitivity using a controlled scientific testing protocol. The results of the scientific test will be used to prepare submissions for approval of the Cannabix Marijuana Breathalyzer as a court-approved device by the Minister of Justice in Canada and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in the United States.

As to your last post, JMO would be the only I could give but the trail is there if you want to make you Own Opinion, easiest reason is - it takes money to start another here and there, Company's that is, DNI is BULLRUN Capitals next play and that deal was in Dec, about 12M shares were bought at .015 average by Kal to start BTH and they also bought what everyone else bought at .25 BTH 1st Placement and those have .40 BTH Warrants not Exercised yet but the .015 average on 12M BTH shares had a hand in the fall and still got 800% profit on Canada side at the bottom of the fall, only other shares cheapier was the 1M shares Haick got for Na-Nose and were valued at .30 BTH but no cash was traded but only the shares, still owe $600K cash for the deal and Consulting fees valued @ close of stock price on time of payment, but those Haick shares came Eligible for sale Sept 15th - Had no money in the 1M shares except years of research already done, but that was Haicks start of shares and everyone else bought shares @ .25 with .40 BTH Warrants

Again the trail is there if you start from the start - 5 or Six Company's joined hands then - BLOZF too had a start and still has games being played - I don't see BLO-ZF needing cash till threw - Might be some to Haicks here for NA-Nose and I'd welcome them to him but each of these Company's have their entry point except one, I'm waiting but it's a not going to be cheap, those .25 PAT opened above a $1 and has hit $1.50 and holding $1.10 USA and only cost .18 USA side - but I'm waiting for its fall - In fact I had a .95 USA bid and it only pushed it up higher - I don't know but adding Tom Ridge the USA 1st Homeland Security Secretary joining the Team

Ok - Here's as to why the fall of BreathTec shares - JMO and why I feel this way - Kal dropped it to get Cannabix Holders on BreathTec side - Cheapen the shares to feel good about your Cannabix Shares - Join in and trade some of both and not feel lefted out - I don't think it was planned but it needed to be done to slow the papers being filed of stepping around Cannabix, also wrote in BLO-ZF Corporate Rules, our CEO Rav even bought into the 1st BTH Placement and another 6 Months later for Cannabix shareholders to share Yost Patent, most here knew in March or April about their move and stepped around Cannabix, of course if you read the beginning , Marijuana wasn't allowed by the University until June and Cannabix cut-in in Aug 2015 - University Thought they'd lose Government Funding for the whole School if they ventured into POT - that changed two Months before Cannabix entered the Deal with University - But get this, Yost Team Dr Boock started Jan 2015 working THC, even had to have PITTCON 2016 done by May 2015 to be in PITTCON 2016 and papers filed by Sept 2015 for Match 8 2016 PITTCON - But deal with Cannabix Aug 2015 - Folks here were rightly pissed and that's why I believe Kal lowered their price - All a guess but here's PITTCON 2017 with Dr Yost running the show for BreathTec being listed I posted on their Board today - One should try and watch both if they want
