Here's the dilution offering for anyone curious...only way this REG A offering even has the slightest chance of being any more effective than his last Reg D offering...is if he flips the switch on another 500 to 1 reverse split and somehow convinces USBI that by diluting WNBD into oblivion again, he will then take some of those dilution funds raised and send them to USBI.

No wonder the 1st WNBD PR in over +2 years was so ambiguous and lacking in any relevant details of what the LOI entails from WNBD's side of the table! Heck the LOI with USBI wasn't even announced in the headline...and if not for the USBI President stopping by this board the public wouldn't even have known that part of the LOI with USBI involves WNBD "investing" funds into USBI. WNBD's CEO Eric Lehner didn't see fit to even bother informing the public about such a relevant detail as that lol>>>
