If Eric wants to do another big reverse split and spin the exact same tale he spun on the heels of his last reverse split that he's going to be uplisting...then and only then will this Reg A filing of GPL's even remotely become part of the equation.

Anyone can file a Reg A...it's whether or not any funders will participate that's the problem...and no funder on the planet is gonna fund a .0001 stock with a share structure already bloated over +1B shares with no value in the company whatsoever!

Which is why Eric's trying to peddle the LOI with USBI new story to market...in hopes of waking up this trainwreck stock he alone destroyed over these past 3 years right!
