lmfao today was definitely a big dilution dump as the entire days volume was flushed out on the bid...with a handful of paints on the ask after the flush totaling a paltry +4M shares!

So Eric's supposedly filing yet another financing instrument is he???

I guess because his last Reg D financing for $10M was so successful 2 years ago(NOT) he's now gonna file a Reg A and do another reverse split and try to convince USBI to let him spin their story while opening up the dilution floodgates again!

Gonna be hilarious watching how yet another chit show attempt plays out:)
