There is only one thing that management can lose here and that is their industry reputation. UCPA is the type of company that you do not want on a CV of winners. So, keep it quiet, keep it secretive. There may be long-term value as a retirement sweetener and that may be the reason why management didn't sell out, yet. But will MM's watch this stock for another 10 years without dropping it?
