I'm not a lawyer but if the loan documents and subsequent arguments are valid then us Class A shareholders will not get anything out of this. I hope I read that wrong but the Murphy Pearson Letter seems to say that IP Global\Galanis should get ALL the payments due from the settlement since their calculation of principle + interest owed far exceeds the total amount of the payout. If in fact the calculation of what "they\he" are owed ($8,627,390) is in excess of all payments due then the Advisor's payout was less than $9 per outstanding Class A share. It sure doesn't sound good and I hope I am wrong on my interpretation of the documents that are posted.
