VXX putting in another pivot candle , a big one , that will remain so IF VXX can hold this general level into the close. That said , VXX has a giant pivot candle if we blend the past week or so of candles , and that will either produce a major move up imo , or , as we've seen of late , when VXX puts in pivot candles , it tends to fade fast and drop further . That's not the " norm " historically for VXX , because seeing a string of pivot candles that can be blended , and produce a bigger one , lends itself to a solid move , but that routine seems to have changed .
