RS so many times that the SEC actually said no more. That doesn't happen often. I would consider that in the top 5% of bad. There's a vape company out there that I check once in awhile trading millions of shares a day with a 750bb AS. Can't make it past .0001 but somebody takes shares every single day. Go figure!
