It's called promotion and it is typically bought and paid for. Notice how there was someone waiting with hundreds of thousands of shares for sale. Stock barely up now and a bunch of day traders are stuck with losses and will soon exit at losses. Back at $1.73 bid now. Company's model is dying...someone see's writing on the wall and wanted to sell a ton of shares. CFO leaving is a leading indicator and CEO's sales tell the real story.
