Anyone noticed Fudd has stop filing lawsuits?.....

I think when Judge Cook didn't rubber stamp the settlement in the current suit, and then Judge Stephens told them their case was virtually impossible to win, I think the winds were taken out of those sails. They threaten, they just don't act. I think that discovery thing spokes 'em quite a bit too, don't cha think? I mean they don't even mention in the filings who is loaning them money. The idea a Defendant could get that info likely scares the wee wee out of 'em.

But speaking of costs, it appears from the last filing Fudd is struggling to keep HuffPuff paid.

In September of 2016 the Company issued 5,000,000 shares of restricted common stock to one of its legal advisors. The shares were issued as retention bonus for the advisor’s willingness to forego receiving payment for services rendered for lengthy time periods, appreciation for past legal services rendered, as well to induce the advisor to continue to provide services on favorable terms to the Company.

Huffy and Fudd, a match made in heaven. And for a retention BONUS to be given......well, that's just too sweet, huh?
