I saw more penny stocks losing 50% than gaining 100% (which they will have to do to make it back).
Also many times you are buying pie in the sky stories from non reporting companies that their main targets is to sell you shares.

I'll prefer to play with low float Nasdaq stocks (many after RS) than with stock that might have up to few billions shares and no one know (like you thought there are 49MM outstanding here).

If you buy stocks based on price, best of luck to you, but market cap might be a better measure (and NTRP..D already has relatively high MC).
