First off, the 10Q is not late. We are waiting for a 10K which is due by the end of March.

Second, I have never seen QMCI file a 10Q late since I have been here.

Third, if someone is watching a magic 24/7 stock streamer for upticks over the weekend, there is no telling what they might be seeing.

It is irrelevant.
