Hello JRLopehandia. You asked why people would be beating on a "dead carcass" (which BTW, I think is a very appropriate description). I don't think anyone is here to beat on a dead carcass per se, but rather to scrutinize and to proclaim their thoughts about the real causes of why the carcass is dead. And it's a rather interesting situation here because anyone who's followed this story for the past 6+ years will have been privy to actually watching the carcass die, so naturally they will all have their own thoughts about it.

Perhaps you could answer a question that I'm sure is on the minds of many. Have you received any funds from MSX and/or Brent Johnson (in his capacity as MSX director and president) since the company was suspended from trading or delisted?

I honestly don't expect you to answer this, but if you're courteous enough to do so and choose to plead the 5th I'll certainly understand.
