People can eat anywhere, so they needn't come to this location to eat. They come to shoot, and eat. Hopefully they actually come to shoot and drink...and to a lesser extent eat. Why? Shooting and drinking have much higher profit margins than eating. Most full service restaurants break even on food and make their profit margins via alcohol sales. The food component has the slimmest margins (typically less than ten percent if even that...usually less than 5 percent especially with rising labor costs). With food it actually helps to have more locations because that way you get better pricing from suppliers. In food service the more volume of food and supplies, the better and discounted pricing you get for goods.
