What you fail to realize you can only beat a horse till it is dead ,after that it's mutilation. When you see prhl with a 20 million market cap and not one thing investors can hold or touch besides Randalls office in new York will you realize the horse has been dead for some time. Maybe that's why he won't cash out that investor? Even if prhl becomes profitable this year .it will be 3 years before they can be up listed look at nasdaq requirements. Randall is a banker .not a ceo.
