This is awesome news. The PR says the acquisition is closing by Feb 1st but if you read the PR and wording this deal is already done and has "ALREADY" been acquired by SDVI.Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Let me point out the wording and facts from the PR:

1. Signature Devices, Inc. ( OTC PINK : SDVI ) -- today announced the formation of Innovo Technology (http://www.innovotech.io) and the acquisition and merger of Four (4) IOT companies.

Ok so the sentence above says SDVI "formed Innovo Technology (http://www.innovotech.io) which means they already own it because SDVI formed it. Thanks for the confirmation SDVI/Ken wink

2. Four companies were formed at start-up Incubator Inqubus, the subsidiary of Central Wireless and later acquired by Signature Devices, Inc. Innovo develops and manufactures devices for digital home media management under its Morpheus brand combined efforts with, Truckit, Tazerwear and Knoton to create a connected platform for the Internet of Things. The expected closing date for the transaction is February 1st, 2017. Two of the four companies are already profitable.

Ok here you have it again above as it says right in the PR and is confirmed that the Four companies were acquired by Signature Devices, Inc. It says it right in the PR. Once again thank you for the confirmation SDVI/Ken wink you've been giving us confirmation the past week and each and every time you have posted or said something you have done it so I appreciate you confirming today they have "ALREADY" been acquired y SDVI in the PR.

And.... at the end of the PR SDVI/Ken confirms that SDVI will be announcing more details and news about its 4 acquisitions and Graffiti, "The company will also be releasing new information and details about the four new acquisitions and Graffiti Entertainment."

This means lots more news is coming.
