I was told by Etrade that they cannot guarantee the conversion rate so I need to talk with the TA directly. I wrote them yesterday and haven't heard back as of this morning, I'm going to call today sometime but I get the feeling it will be a dead end, seems more like a stalling tactic to me. If it goes much further I'm going to have a lawyer write a letter and see if I can get any action that way.
