I'm sure they are accumulating. There is only a 10M share float. I remember seeing one firm upped their stake to almost 1M shares in Q3. I'm sure in Q4 there was a lot of accumulation. The CEO of VKTX was a biotech analyst awhile back. I'm sure that helps.
