NR clearly raises NAD+ more than the other B vitamins based on research I've seen thus far.

Here's some reading for you:

An approximately 200-page thesis published in Iowa Research Online, the University of Iowa's Institutional Repository. Abstract says 190 pages, but when I open the document, I get 208 pages. It's a good read. http://ir.uiowa.edu/etd/3203/

Also, take a look at http://aboutnr.com/

Clinical trials: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=nicotinamide+riboside&Search=Search&flds=abcefgps

I started taking the combination of Niagen and Pterostilbene that Elysium sells, but, happily switched suppliers a few months ago. Here's what I order now:

Niagen from Thorne Research
https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Nicotinamide-Supplement-ChromaDex/dp/B01FIJAW8M?th=1

Pterostilbene from Jarrow
https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Pterostilbene-Cardiovascular-Neurologic/dp/B005ACNW5S/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1483995763&sr=1-1&keywords=Jarrow%2BFormulas%2BPterostilbene&th=1

I'm not holding shares... my interest has been due to following Niagen research for several years now. I started using it in May 2016.
