Unfortunately no, seems the SEC doesn't give a damn and security lawyers don't want to mess with these kinds of ordeals, due to the fact that it is very hard to collect on a class action suit against an otc company, especially after management has moved on. Just sickening!

Michael James & Jim Kras are two of the biggest con men out there and they just stole all the assets away from NRTI & sold them to TRTC for a personal profit and then walked away from NRTI to pursue their careers with TRTC, while leaving NRTI shareholders holding the bag. May they all rot in hell, including the useless SEC! Cheers!
