Over the last five years Mr. Fytton acted as a consultant to several public companies and private companies seeking to become public. In this capacity he has overseen the preparation of numerous registration statements, subscription agreements, SEC filings, prospectus offerings and general company information packets. He has also often acted as an Officer and/or director for several companies, aiding in their transition from private to public.
