Disgusting! The income inequality here is disgusting! Sears used to be a good company to work for, if you put your time in and did a good job you could get a decent retirement. Now there are no benefits, not even health ins. let alone retirement, they keep everybody at just under 40 hrs at my Sears (Part-time). We work for $5.75 an hr + commission, it equals out to be decent pay but no way I’d even think about making a commitment to this co....Enjoy the villa!… and have a Belgian ale for me in the garden, lol.

I know in this town an older couple bought a Sears dealer store sometime in the 2000s. Didn't work out too well for them.
