Go to the County of Los Angeles Superior Court site here:

https://www.lacourt.org/casesummary/ui/index.aspx

and search for case number BC642438

You'll see this:

Case Summary

Case Number: BC642438
JSBP METALS & RECYCLING INC VS LORNE KALISKY ET AL
Filing Date: 12/05/2016
Case Type: Contractual Fraud (General Jurisdiction)
Status: Pending

Future Hearings
None

Parties
DOES 1 TO 10 - Defendant/Respondent
FRID A. SASHA - Attorney for Plaintiff/Petitioner
JSBP METALS & RECYCLING INC - Plaintiff/Petitioner
KALISKY LORNE - Defendant/Respondent
VICAN PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION CANADA INC - Defendant/Respondent

There are several interesting things here. First, the suit is filed by JSBP Metals. We have no idea if it has anything to do with NGCG at all, other than a completely unsupported claim that Choi secretly controls NGCG through JSBP (a highly illegal arrangement, btw.)

Perhaps Kim has finally woken up to the fact he's been scammed by BOTH Ruppert AND Kalisky? That's kinda funny. I guess his trusted advisors really let him down.

I wonder what the "DOES 1 TO 10" business is about? It's possible this is simply a iHub fishing expedition, to intimidate posters from speaking the truth. You'll notice no hearings have been scheduled.

Or, perhaps it's simply one side of yet another share issuance scam, where Kalisky also sues NGCG and both cases are miraculously "settled" by the issuance of gozillions of free shares?

LLOLLOLLOL who knows?
