Also one of the reasons I think this company has not seen the last of Dave. It appears this is no longer a functioning trucking conglomerate.

If I were to play the Devil's advocate, I would surmise that because American Transportation was acquired from Fuselier's own company and that it appears to be well managed and profitable, he will want to bring it back to his own control & he will have to reacquire it for himself.

The simplest and most cost efficient way (for him) to do that, would be a swap of assets and a "New Business Direction" (where have we heard that phrase before? LOL!!) for IFCR.

Saying all that, I get a hint of a feeling that IFCR will become a Real Estate Company of some kind. If Dave can get a few purchase options agreements, to show some form of asset base, he could then swap it all for American Transportation & Logistics.
A reverse split of common shares (not affecting his preferred convertibles of course) and he is off to the races again. LOL!!

Time will tell, but I'm not convinced that DF is going to let those shares he owns just turn to dust.

WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
