It's now January 2017 and I have not heard anything as to a furtherance of the proposed actions. Kindly update me if you have any new information, or have proceeded forward? I still hold my shares of WKBT which are showing 100% loss. However if tthere's a fighting chance for a positve outcome or resolution I would certainly appreciate knowing and possibly pparticipaing.
