The calculations on U.H. that I've seen should only hurt corporatist interests, insurance companies, drug companies, and providers that game the system.

They should result in nothing worse than a net neutral impact on the budget and U.H. may even result in economies in healthcare (from fraud, waste, and administration) that will greatly reduce the % of GDP spent on healthcare while raising the standard of living for U.S. citizens.
