What had been built in the past were stations to serve the long haul trucks. The NG Superhighway. A bit of the chicken and the egg analogy because no trucking co. is going to invest in NG engines if they can't be fueled. The stations had to be put in mothballs and it ran the debt up. What they are currently building is for immediate use. Just my opinion.
