People going all silly elsewhere.

The company had to have the ability to do a R/S.

Read the 8-Ks put out.

Plan needed to be submitted by Jan. 03.

The company will likely be given the 180 days from November 15 to rectify and given that the appeal court case has already been heard and decides the fate, NASDAQ will let PRZM go.

Nothing has changed.

The R/S will not happen until May and if the appeal goes PRZM's way, and the stock goes up along with equity ... then nothing to worry about.

No matter the ultimate decision, it's unlikely that nothing is decided by May 15.

So, the R/S occurring will happen with PRZM losing the appeal, or if PRZM wins, it more than likely doesn't happen.
